Gucci Mane pleads guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Gucci Mane is set to be in jail until at least late 2016, TMZreports.
The rapper reportedly struck a deal as a result of pleading guilty to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, the publication says.
The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years, however, Gucci Mane's agreement says he's scheduled to face only 39 months. He will also be given a 10-month credit for the time he's served.
Gucci is set to be sentenced in July. The rapper has also been given a $250,000 fine.
Gucci was arrested in September 2013 for carrying a loaded handgun and marijuana.
