The black cloud over Drake's now-infamous fight with Chris Brown at WiP Nightclub in NYC continues to get darker, as Chris Brown's bodyguard, Patrick Strickland, is suing both Drake and the club for disfiguring injuries he suffered during the melee.
Patrick was struck in the head with a liquor bottle, which caused "severe and disfiguring injuries to his face, head and eyes," according to his lawsuit.
The lawsuit also states that the fight ensued after Drake passed a note to Chris, reading "I am f*cking the love of your life," referring to Chris' relationship with Rihanna.
The incident has been a roller coaster ride on both sides, as Chris' camp insisted that he'd "moved on" from everything, but then he appeared on Young Jeezy's remix of "R.I.P," seemingly addressing the situation.
Chris rapped, "If you started from the bottom, why don't you come out the closet?"
