Chris Brown and his attorney Mark Geragos, have filed a countersuit against Deanna Gines, the woman who sued Brown for allegedly pushing her to the ground outside of the Heat Ultra Lounge back in June. Ms. Gines claims that she was left with an injured ligament in one of her knees as a result of the push, but Brown says she is completely lying.
Brown filed a defamation countersuit stating that Ms. Gines lied about the incident when she appeared on TMZ Live two days after the event, and that she sounded confused as to which knee was left hurt. Chris and his attorney also claim that he never even came in contact with her for he was surrounded by security the entire night, and witnesses observed her intoxicated screaming "F*ck Y'all," to security and club employees.
